Drawing a Rounded Corner Rectangle To draw a rounded-comer rectangle:
1. Double-click the Rectangle tool in the toolbox.
2. The Rounded Comers dialog box appears.
3. Choose a comer setting from the preset shapes.
4. Click on OK. The cursor changes to a cross hair.
5. Click and drag anywhere on the screen.
6. Release the mouse button when the rectangle is the desired size.
7. Press the Shift key as you draw to constrain the shape to a rounded-comer square.
