Best answer

Let the height of the water level in the cylindrical vessel be h cm

Volume of the rain water = 600 × 400 × 1 cm3

Volume of water in the cylindrical vessel = π (20)2 × h cm3

According to statement

600 × 400 × 1 = π (20)2 × h

or h = 600/3.14 cm = 191 cm
