Best answer

θ = 35.72"

 I" = 4.85 x 10-6 radian ⇒ 35.72" = 35.72 x 4.85 x 10-6 rad

d = Dθ = 824.7 x 35.72 x 4.85 x 10-6 = 1.4287 x 105 km
