Two hours and discuss with your teacher: 

1. Select a leafy twig of a fully grown plant. 

2. Cover the twig in a transparent polythene bag. 

3. Tie the mouth of the bag. 

4. Observe the bag after two hours. 

5. Observation: Moisture will be observed inside the plastic bag because of transpiration of water from the plant twig.
