Let C = (AB’ – BA’)

C’ = (AB’ – BA’)’

⇒ C’ = (AB’)’ – (BA’)’

⇒ C’ = (B’)’A’ – (A’)’B’

⇒ C’ = BA’ – AB’

⇒ C’ = -C

∴ C is a skew-symmetric matrix.

Clearly Option (A) matches with our deduction.

∴ Option (A) is the correct.
