First find the value of x in   second polynomial which is equal to x=-2.

Then ,put the value of x in the first polynomial and find the remainder.

f(x)=[(-2)×(-2)×(-2)×(-2)]+(-2)³+2(-2)²+3×(-2)+4

=16+(-8)+2×4+(-6)+4

16-8+8-6+4

8+2+4

10+4

14=remainder.

Do  tell is it right.
