\(f_A = f[\frac{v + v_0}{v - v_s}]\) = 400 \([\frac{340 + 16.5}{340 - 22}]\)

= 400\([\frac{356.5}{318}]\) = 400 x 1.1210

\(f_A = 448.4 Hz\)
