Answer: 6

Here polar molecules in the liquid form will be attracted/deflected near charged comb.

Polar molecules : HF, H2O, NH3, H2O2, CHCl3, C6H5Cl (6-polar molecules) 

Nonpolar molecules : O2, CCl4, C6H6
