Describe the Cat and Dad situation in the beginning and at the end of the poem.

In the beginning of the poem, the cat was stuck on the tree and Dad was trying his plans to bring it down but at the end of the poem the cat was on the ground, safe and sound, and Dad was left stuck on the tree.
