The increasing order of forces of attraction for the three states of matter (solid, liquid, gas) is as follows:

Gas>Liquid>Solid 

Here, water → liquid, air → gas, sugar → solid, oxygen → gas, salt →solid, oil → liquid, juice → liquid.
