It is said that, “all diseases have immediate and contributory causes”. Explain giving suitable example.

There are two level of cause of the disease. They are immediate cause and contributory cause. For example, in the case of a baby suffering from loose motion we can infer that it is due to a virus or a bacteria (immediate cause) and the contributory cause in this case is the lack of proper nutritious food.
