Since all of the mentioned options involve the steps in which water is either evaporated in the form of water vapors, condensed as clouds and precipitates down in the form of rain. 

But photosynthesis is a completely different process in which complex sugars are formed by plants with the help of carbon-di-oxide and water in the presence of sunlight. So, it doesn’t contribute to the process of the water cycle.
