Type of lens is Cancave lens.

Formula:

Magnification m = \(\frac{u}{v}\)

Object distance u = -30 cm

Image distance v = -10 cm

m = \(\frac{-10}{-30}\) = \(\frac{1}{3}\) = +0.33
