y₂ + y₃ = 8 ... (4) 

Mid point AC

(8) - (4) → y₁ = 15 - 8 = 7

(8) - (6) → y₂ = 15 - 8 = 7

= (1/2) [48]

= 24 sq. units

= (1/2)(147 - 195)
