(i) Organic Compound ‘A’ with the molecules formula C2H4O2 which is a preservative is acetic acid (or) ethanoic acid. A – CH3COOH

(ii) 

B – Ethyl ethanoate (ester – sweet smelling)

(iii) Esterification
