Answer: (c) =80080 cu.cm.

Bucket is a frustum of a right circular cone.

Here, R = 35 cm, r = 14 cm, h = 40 cm.

Volume of frustum of cone = \(\frac{\pi h}{3}(R^2+r^2+Rr) \)

\(\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{40}{3}(35^2+14^2+35\times 14)\)

\(\frac{880}{21}(1225+196+490) \)

\(\frac{880}{21} \times 1911\)

= 80080 cu. cm.
