Answer: (b)  0.577 m

Volume of the pyramid =\(\frac{1}{3}\) × Area of base × Height

=  \(\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{\sqrt{3}}{4} \times (1)^2 \times 4 \,m^2 = \frac{1.732}{3}\) 

= 0.577 m(approx)
