OSMOSIS DIFFUSION
Only the solvent (Fluid) part moves. All the particles (gas, liquid and solid) can move.
The movement is only in one direction.i.e, from a less concentrated solution to a more concentrated solution. The movements occurs in all directions or from higher concentration to lower concentration.
It requires a semi-permeable membrane because it is porous. It don't require a semi-permeable membrane.
It is of two types: endosmosis (movement of water inside) and  exosmosis (movement of water outside). It includes dialysis (diffusion of protein particles etc)
For example: swelling up raisins when placed in fresh water, roots of plants taking up water from the soil. For example: Diffusion of perfume particles in the whole room, color dye diffusion in water.
