Cytoplasm Nucleoplasm
It is a fluid content found inside a cell. It is fluid content found inside the nucleus.
It is prevented from contact to the environment by cell membrane. It prevented to come in contact with cytoplasm by a nuclear envelope.
The content is highly fluid like. The content is highly gelatin like.
It is present in all the cells. It is present only in eukaryotic cells.
All the organelles are suspended in its content. It contains chromatin (DNA) suspended all around.
During cell division, the cytoplasm divides in two parts distributing its content equally. It gets released inside the cell only before the cell divides.
