Best answer

Let height of a cylinder = h

and diameter = d

According to question,

Given: Radius of Sphere, R = 4cm

Volume of Cylinder = Volume of Sphere (Given)

⇒ r3 = R3

⇒ r3 = 43

⇒ r = 4cm

Hence, Radius of base of the cylinder is 4cm.
