a.Unit Price= Total Billed Amount/ No. of Customers 

= 79800/420

= Rs. 190 

b. Unit Price= Rs. 190 

Variable Cost= 60% of Unit Price, so Gross Margin is 40% of Unit Price. 

40% X 190 = Rs. 76
