(a) Advantages of letters as a method of business communication:-
(i) It is suitable for long distance communication.
(ii) It can be used as legal document.
(iii) It can be sent to many persons at a time.
(b) Limitation of Telephonic conversation:
(i) Phone conversation is less personal in many ways and can lead to miscommunication and misunderstanding.
(ii) It is more expensive as compared to other methods of communication
