Correct option is (D) 4

\(\frac{(12.1)^2 - (8.1)^2}{(0.25)^2 + (0.25)(19.95)}\)

\(= \frac{(12.1 + 8.1)(12.1 - 8.1)}{(25)(25) + (25)(19.95)}\)

\(= \frac{(20.2)(4)}{25(25 + 19.95)}\)

\(= \frac{80.8}{5.05}\)

\(= 16\)

⇒ \(\sqrt {16 } = 4\)
