Best answer

(b) 441 : 400

Let the share of A = Rs x. Then,

Share of B = Rs (84100 – x)

\(\therefore\) x\(\big(1+\frac{5}{100}\big)^3\) = (84100 – x)\(\big(1+\frac{5}{100}\big)^5\)

\(\Rightarrow\) Ratio of shares of A and B

\(\frac{X}{84100-X}\) = \(\big(1+\frac{5}{100}\big)^2\) = \(\big(\frac{21}{20}\big)^2\) = \(\frac{441}{400}\)
