Let the reduced price of the radio be Rs x. Then, x + 7% of x = 2568

\(\Rightarrow\) \(\frac{107}{100}\)x x = 2568

\(\Rightarrow\) x = \(\frac{2568\times100}{107}\) = 2400

\(\therefore\) Reduction needed in the price of radio = Rs 2568 – Rs 2400 = Rs 168.
