Best answer

\(2x^2-\frac56x+\frac1{12}\) = \(\frac{24x^2-10x+1}{12}\)

\(\frac1{12}(24x^2-10x+1)=\frac1{12}(24x^2-6x-4x+1)\)

\(\frac1{12}\{6x(4x-1)\}-1(4x-1)\}= \frac1{12}(6x-1)(4x-1)\)

\(\big(\frac{x}{2}-\frac1{12}\big)(4x-1).\)
