RuBlisCO-Ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase oxygenase RuBisCo brings about carboxylation during Calvin cycle in photosynthesis. Under high concentration of oxygen and increase in temperature, RuBisCo act as oxygenase and carry out photorespiration.
