A number is divisible by 5 only if its unit’s digit is 5 or 0. So we fix the unit’s digit as 5 and fill up the remaining 5 places with the remaining 5 digits in the following way:

Note : Repetition of digits is not allowed

∴ Required number of numbers divisible by 5 = 5 × 4 × 3 × 2 × 1 = 120.
