Decreasing order of bond angle – 

NO2+ > NO2 > NO2 

Reason: This is because NO; has no lone pair of electrons so it is linear and bond angle is180º .

(Bond angle = 180º)

NO2 has one unshared electron.

(Bond angle = 132º)

NO2- has one unshared pair of electron.

(Bond angle = 115º)
