Best answer

(a)\(\frac{55}{18}\)

\(\frac14\)(cot4 30° - cosec4 60°) + \(\frac32\) (sec2 45° - tan2 30°) - 5 cos2 60°.

=  \(\frac14\) [ (cot 30°)4 - (cosec 60°)4 ] + \(\frac32\) [ (sec 45°)2 - (tan 30°)2 - 5(cos 60°)2.
