How can I access elements of a matrix in Python?

In Python, you can access individual elements of a matrix using indexing. The indexing starts at 0, and you can specify the row and column indices. 

Here's an example:

import numpy as np

matrix = np.array([[1, 2, 3], [4, 5, 6], [7, 8, 9]])

# Access a specific element
element = matrix[1, 2]
print(element)
 

Output:
