Best answer

Correct answer is D.

We are having two events A and B such that

\(\Rightarrow\) As P(A ∩ B) ≠ P(A).P(B) … thus, they are not independent,

\(\Rightarrow\) And as P(A ∪ B) ≠ P(A) + P(B) … thus, they are not mutually exclusive.
