Best answer

Base = 30 cm,

Altitude = 30 cm

Area of ∆ =\(\frac{1}2\)(Base x Altitude)

Area of ∆ =\(\frac{1}2\) (30 x 30)

= 450 cm2

Since it is an isosceles rgt triangle and with base =30cm

Therefore, its perpendicular also= 30cm

Now, area = 1/2 ×base × perpendicular = 1/2×30× 30= 450 cm^2
