Best answer
Correct Answer - C
`(-(2)/(3))^2/(-(2)/(3))^3+((-(4)/(9)))/((2)/(3))^2`
`=(-(2)/(3))^2/((2)/(3))^3-((2)/(3))^(2)/((2)/(3))^2`
`=(1)/((2)/(3))^(3-2)-1 `
`=-(3)/(2)-1=-(5)/(2)`
Hence the correct option is (c).
