According to equation 1 
2x - 3y = -6  
lf x = 0 then y = 2 
if x = -3 then y = 0

According to equation 2

4x + y = 16 
if x = 0 then y = 16 
if x = 4 then y = 0

plot the graph

From graph it is clear that

x = 3 and y = 4
