Let `A_R` is area of rectangular region in square km and `A_L` is area of lake in square km .
Required probability can be given by, `P(X) =A_L/A_R`
Now, `A_R = 9**4.5 = 40.5`
`A_L=(9-6)**(4.5-2) = 3**2.5 = 7.5`
So, `P(X) = 7.5/40.5 = 5/27`
