Correct Answer - ` a=3, b =- 6`
Sum of the roots `=(2/3 - 3)=(-7)/3.`
Product of roots ` = 2/3 xx (-3)=- 2.`
`:. {(-7)/a = (-7)/a =- 2} rArr a = 3 and b =- 6.`
