Answer is (A)  \(\sqrt{98}\)m/s

Even though particle is moving in a vertical loop, its speed remain constant. 

Tension at lowest point, Tmax = \(\frac{mv^2}{r}\)+ mg

Tension at highest point, Tmin = \(\frac{mv^2}{r}\)- mg
