A toy is in the shape of a hemisphere attached to one end of the cone Total height of the toy is 14.5cm, and common diameter is 7cm. 

a. Draw a rough figure based on this fact, 

b. Find the volume of the toy.

b. Volume of hemisphere = \(\frac{2}{3}\pi r^3\)

 \(=\frac{2}{3}\times\pi\times12\times12\times12\) = \(1152\pi\) cm³

Volume of cylinder = \(\pi r^2h\)

\(=\pi \times12\times12\times20=2880\pi\) cm³

\(=\frac{1}{3}\times\pi\times12\times12\times8\) = \(384\pi\) cm³

Total volume = \(4416\pi\) cm³
