Complex II of ETS is succinate dehydrogenase complex and compex III of ETS is cytochrome `bc_(1)` comples. Cytochrome c is a small protein attached to the outer surface of inner mitochondrial membrane and acts as a mobile carrier for transfer of electrons between complex III and IV.
