The steps involved in saving a spreadsheet in PDF format are:
1. Click on the export directly as PDF ICON on the standard bar. This will export the entire document using the default PDF settings.
2. The export dialog box appears.
3. Select the drive and the folder where we want to save the file.
4. Type the file name and click ok button.
