Best answer
Correct Answer - D
Here we use the fact that the conjugate base of a stronger acid is a weaker base. Since HCI is a strong acid `(H_(2)` and `CH_(4)` are practically not acidic in nature while `CH_(3)OH` is a weak acid), `Cl^(-)` is the weakest conjugate base.
