A reaction is carried out aniline as a reactant as well as a solvent. How will you remove unreacted aniline ?

The b.p. of aniline (457 K) is very high. If aniline (large excess) is distilled froma small amount of the product by simple distillation, it may cause decomposition of the product. Therefore, to avoid decomposition of the product, aniline is removed either by vacuum distillation or by steam distillation.
