Best answer
Correct Answer - C
The order is `O gt F gt N gt C`
From left to right, the first ionisation potential increases.
`O^(o+) rarr 1s^(2) 2s^(2) 2p^(3)`
After losing one electron. Oxygen atom acquires half-filled stable configuration, so its second ionisation potential becomes larger than the that for fluorine.
