Best answer
Comparing with the standard wave equation `y = A sin (kx-omegat)`
`= Asin 2pi((x)/(lambda) - (t)/(T))`
We see that, amplitude A = 3.0 cm, wavelength` =lambda = (1)/(0.50)cm = 2.0cm,` and the frequency ` = V = (1)/(T) = 50 Hz.` The speed of the wave is `upsilon = v lambda`
`=(50 s^(-1) (2.0 cm)`
`=100 cm s^(-1)`
