`V=(-GM(3R^(2)-r^(2)))/(2R^(3))(rltR)`
Potential energy,
`U=(-GMm)/r(rgtR)`
`U=(-GMm(3R^(2)-r^(2)))/(2R^(3))(rltR)`

`:. KE` will very with `r` exactly as that of `V` with sign changed.
