Best answer
`H = T cos 60^(@) = (T)/(2)` …(i)
`V + T sin 60^(@) = 40` …(ii)
`sum M_(0) = 0`
`40 ((1)/(2)) = T (l sin 60^(@))` or `T =(40)/(sqrt3 N`
`H =(20)/(sqrt(3)) N` and `V = 20 N`
:. Net hings force `= sqrt(H^(2) + V^(2)) = (40)/(sqrt3) N`
