`mg - T = ma` …..(1)
`TR = I alpha rArr TR = I (a)/( R)`
`T = (I a)/(R^(2))` ….(2)
From (1) and (2)
`mg - (Ia)/(R^(2)) = ma rArr a = (g)/(1 + (I)/(mR^(2)))`.
