Halogens with oxygen form many oxides with different oxidation states of halogens. 

Fluorine forms O2F2 and OF2.

Chlorine forms oxides like,

All oxides are oxidising agents.

Bromine forms oxides like Br2O, BrO2, BrO3 and iodine forms I2O4, I2O5, I2O7.
