Correct Answer - `3v`
If `V` is the velocity of each train, then for the train moving opposite to the wind steam track will be given by `d_(1) = (V - v) t` while for the other `d_(2) = (V + v)t`. Now as `d_(2) = 2d_(1)` (given), `(V + v) t = 2 (V - v) t`, i.e., `V = 3v`
